Kalle Honkanen

Kalle Honkanen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and human resources. As the Founder and CEO of Parempi Ote Oy since February 2018, Kalle focuses on effective leadership training and team cohesion. Concurrently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Rifti Oy, Kalle specializes in workplace conflict resolution, particularly in leadership contexts. Kalle also trains managers at Coaching Company Finland and contributes as a Human Resources Consultant at Nitro Games Plc. Previous roles include HRD Manager at Kotkamills Oy and various coaching and HR positions at companies such as Adoka Oy and Sulzer Pumps Finland Oy. Kalle holds a Master of Social Sciences in Sociology from the University of Helsinki and has a strong background in HR strategic planning and training implementation.
