Blade Grupe

Blade Grupe is a dedicated Optometrist at Nittany Eye Associates, providing patient care in areas such as primary care, contact lenses, ocular disease, dry eye, myopia management, cataract management, and refractive surgery management since June 2022. Blade previously served as a Clinical Intern at EYE SPECIALISTS OF MID-FLORIDA and Nittany Eye Associates, gaining hands-on experience in similar fields. Education includes a Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Additional experience encompasses tutoring and teaching assistant roles at Southern College of Optometry, as well as student ambassador positions with CooperVision and Bausch + Lomb, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills throughout a progressive career in optometry.
