Dr. Ajay Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and operations management, currently serving as MD of Sales and Operations at Nityo Infotech since December 2013 and as Managing Director at Bhavyansh Infotech India Pvt. Ltd. since July 2018. Previously, Dr. Gupta held leadership roles at Radical Minds Technologies, Andromeda BPO, Seacreast Consultants, and Citigroup, showcasing expertise in recruitment, training, operations, customer service, and portfolio management across various sectors including BPO and financial services.
