Himani Chandna has a diverse range of work experience in the beauty and skincare industry. Himani started their career as a Brand Manager at AVON Beauty Products in 2004, where they focused on category marketing. Himani then joined VLCC as a Senior Manager of Marketing from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined L'Oréal as an Assistant General Manager of Marketing, where they worked in various divisions and brands, including the Professional Products Division and the Active Cosmetics Division. Himani was part of the core leadership team and gained a deep understanding of consumer needs and behavior, product composition, performance, and textures. In 2017, Himani joined Lakmé Lever Pvt. Ltd. as the Head of Category and Innovations, and in 2018, they moved to NIVEA INDIA as the Head of Category Marketing.

Himani Chandna pursued their undergraduate education from 1998 to 2001 at Delhi University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Economics. Himani later decided to specialize in brand planning and enrolled at the National Institute of Advertising from 2002 to 2004. Here, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a focus on brand planning.
