Michael Rodebush

Michael Rodebush has over 25 years of work experience. Michael is currently the Director of Engineering - PTV at Nivel Parts and Manufacturing since August 2022. Previously, they worked at Park Industries as an Engineering Manager - Mechanical Design and Product Sustainment from November 2020 to August 2022. Before that, they served as an Engineering Manager at Tennant Company from November 2018 to November 2020 and at Textron Specialized Vehicles from August 2016 to November 2018. Michael also gained valuable experience at John Deere Power Systems, where they held various roles including Senior Product Engineer, Senior PV&V System Lead, Diesel Engine Design and Development Engineer, and Continuous Improvement Engineer. Michael started their career as a Product Design Engineer at Baldwin Filters in December 1996.

Michael Rodebush holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Michael has not obtained any additional certifications such as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
