David Carlson, MHR, PHR, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and operations. David is currently the Director of Strategic Operations & CX at Nivo Solar. Prior to this, they worked at Cotiviti as a Sr. Continuous Process Improvement Consultant and a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner. David also served as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and Sr. HR Generalist at Cotiviti. Before Cotiviti, David held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Wayfair. David has also worked as a Human Resources Generalist/Technical Recruiter at ZAGG, Inc. Additionally, David has experience as a Distribution Communication Liaison at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a Human Resources Manager/Technical Recruiter at Pro HR, a Logistics Specialist/Distribution Manager at the University of Utah Department of Pediatrics, a Technical Recruiter at B3 Staffing Solutions, and an Account Manager at the Utah Daily Chronicle.

David Carlson, MHR, PHR has a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Utah State University, obtained in the years 2015-2016. David also holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, which they earned from 2005-2007. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, General from the University of Utah, obtained during the same time period.
