Katy Stephenson

Katy Stephenson has a diverse range of work experience. Katy began their career as a Dance Teacher and Choreographer at Cranbrook Grammar School, where they taught streetdance and organized shows. Katy then worked as a Catering Assistant at Bewl Valley Sailing Club and as a Bartender at The Vine Goudhurst.

In 2016, Katy gained work experience at Hill+Knowlton Strategies in the HR department and at Bain and Gray, a boutique recruitment agency, where they analyzed social media, created digital marketing strategies, and wrote blog posts. Katy also had a role as a Marketing Executive at itris | Itec Systems, where they managed product image and brand, developed marketing strategies, and won an award for the company blog.

Katy went on to become the Marketing Manager at itris | Itec Systems, overseeing the successful rebranding and launch of itris 9, a recruitment CRM. Katy also worked as a Marketing Consultant, managing clients' online and offline marketing, including social media management, integrated marketing campaigns, SEO improvement, and analytics.

Most recently, Katy is the Marketing Manager at Nivoda, where they utilize their skills and experience to lead marketing efforts.

Katy Stephenson has a Level 6 Digital Diploma in Professional Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, which they obtained from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed an Executive PA Diploma at Oxford Media & Business School from 2015 to 2016, focusing on business studies. Katy attended Cranbrook Grammar School from 2009 to 2014, and before that, they studied at Angley School from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their educational qualifications, Katy Stephenson holds a Full Driving Licence, which they obtained from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) in March 2015.
