Martha A. Medina

Martha A. Medina is an Associate at Nixon Peabody LLP in the Complex Disputes Practice Group since September 2019, responsible for drafting civil complaints, motions, and conducting legal research for state and federal court cases. Previously, Martha served as a Legal Intern at Nixon Peabody LLP and worked as a Student Attorney at the Howard University School of Law Fair Housing Clinic, where representation and filing on behalf of clients occurred. Early experience includes roles as a Law Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office in the National Security Section and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, as well as various internships and positions in legal research and client assistance across multiple law firms and organizations. Martha holds a Juris Doctor degree from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Wake Forest University.
