Emma Wardi

Emma Wardi has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and HR. Emma is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Nixu Corporation, where they are responsible for recruitment and employer branding activities. Prior to this, Emma worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Nixu, focusing on identifying and recruiting cybersecurity professionals.

Before joining Nixu, Emma worked as a Recruitment Consultant at ICT Direct, where they connected ICT professionals with companies and managed the entire recruitment process. Emma also gained experience as an HR Consultant at Barona, where they supervised agency workers and managed recruitment processes. Earlier in their career, Emma worked as an HR Assistant at Barona, providing support to the HR team in various administrative tasks.

Emma's work experience also includes a role as a Receptionist at Esport Fitness.

Emma Wardi has a Master's Degree in Social Psychology from the University of Helsinki, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology at the same university from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they pursued a Minor in Management and Organisation from Hanken School of Economics from 2011 to 2012.
