Paul Crilly FIoD has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the facilities management industry. Paul served as the Chief Executive for NJC, a company specializing in cleaning and support services, from May 2012 onwards. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director of Waste Matters Limited from June 2012 to February 2014. From January 2010 to April 2012, they worked as a Board Director for Monteray Limited. Paul also served as the Chief Executive for Reliance Facilities Management from October 2008 to April 2012. Before that, they were the Managing Partner of Gardiner & Theobald Facilities Management from September 2000 to October 2008. Additionally, they held the position of Regional Facilities Manager at Direct Line from March 1993 to August 2000. Paul started their career in the facilities management industry with NHS Lanarkshire, where they worked in estates management from June 1985 to March 1993.

Paul Crilly FIoD has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Leadership from the Open University. Paul also has a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Motherwell College.
