Angela Ricigliano

Angela Ricigliano has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Angela most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at the New Jersey Institute for Disabilities since September 2018. Prior to that, they held a similar role at Enable, Inc from December 2012 to June 2018, where they oversaw all functions of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits & compensation, learning and development, and office administration. Angela also worked as a Workshop Coordinator at Senior Solutions Workshop for a few months in 2012. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Easter Seals New Jersey from October 1994 to March 2012. Angela's career started at Blue Ball National Bank as a Human Resource Assistant from October 1991 to August 1994, where they coordinated recruiting, conducted new hire orientation, and provided employee counseling. Angela began their professional journey as an Intern at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in 1990.

Angela Ricigliano completed their high school education at Conestoga Valley High School, where they earned a High School Diploma with a focus on College Prep. Following this, they attended King's College from 1987 to 1991, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology.
