Wanda Smith

Wanda Smith, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-CP has over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Wanda is currently working as the HR Director at NJM Insurance Group since 2018. Prior to this, they held various roles at Virtua Health including AVP Human Resources from 2014 to 2018, HR Director from 2011 to 2014, and HR Manager from 2007 to 2011.

Before joining Virtua Health, Wanda worked as the Employment & Employee Relations Manager at St. Francis Medical Center from 2005 to 2007, and as an HR Generalist at Bancroft NeuroHealth from 2003 to 2005. Wanda started their career at Bovis Lend Lease as an HR Coordinator from 1995 to 2003. Wanda holds an MBA degree and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).

Wanda Smith holds a BS degree in Business Management from Rutgers University, which they completed from 1990 to 1994. Wanda later obtained an MBA degree in Human Resources from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, which they completed from 1997 to 2000.
