In this role, Olly was responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing ticket orders, and other administrative tasks. After two years in this role, Olly transitioned to a position as a Training Policy Researcher at Nightline Association. In this role, Olly researched and developed training policies and procedures.
In 2017, Olly began working as a Technical Support Administrator at Apple. In this role, Olly was responsible for managing the operating efficiency of the entire technical team. Olly provided insight, advice, and guidance to technicians on internal systems and best working practices, ensuring quality of service and schedules were met with the highest standards. As part of a team with a global support network, Olly collaborated with associates worldwide to share innovation and real-time process changes across markets. Olly also developed and designed new communication methods and co-produced training initiatives that helped focus on business needs.
Olly left Apple in December 2021 to join NKD as a Project Executive. In this role, Olly is responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish. This includes developing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
