Michal Golczyk

Michal Golczyk is an R&D Optical Engineer at NKT Photonics, specializing in the development of ultrafast laser systems since November 2021, and previously served as a Laser Production Engineer focusing on manufacturing ultrafast laser systems for medical applications. Prior to NKT Photonics, Michal worked at Broadex Technologies Co., Ltd. as a Product & Optical Test Engineer and at Kaiam Corporation in similar roles, contributing to the fast-paced manufacturing of fibre-optics data transfer devices for broadband communications. Michal began his educational journey with a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Adam Smith - Institute of Applied Technology, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University.
