Eva Demandt is a Venture Teaming Expert at NLC. Eva has over 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Mapping.

Eva started their career as a Talent Sourcer at Amgen. Eva then became a Talent Mapping Consultant at FrieslandCampina. After that, they became an International Talent Acquisition Partner & Sourcing Specialist at Redwood Talent Acquisition. In their current role as a Venture Teaming Expert at NLC, Eva is responsible for attracting and recruiting specialists and managers internationally to drive the development and successful commercialization of innovative feed animal technologies and unique digital solutions.

Eva Demandt has a NeuroCoachPro Certification from the Coach Training Program at Mark Robert Waldman's Executive MBA Faculty at Loyola Marymount University. Eva also has an MSc in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from Copenhagen Business School. Eva also has a Bachelor's degree from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor level course in Personality Psychology from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
