Stephanie Benight

Stephanie Benight has a diverse and extensive work experience. Stephanie is currently serving as the President and Principal Scientist at Tactile Materials Solutions LLC, where they provide consulting and expertise in polymers and advanced materials. Additionally, they offer litigation support and serves as an expert witness as needed.

Stephanie is also the Founder, Advisor, and Ex Officio Board Member of the Photopolymer Additive Manufacturing Alliance (PAMA). In this role, they contribute their knowledge and guidance to the organization.

Previously, Stephanie worked as the Director of Materials Strategy at Nonlinear Materials Corporation, where they played a crucial role in commercializing nanoscale photonics materials and establishing strategic partnerships. Stephanie also served as a Visiting Scientist at the University of Washington and a Director of 3D Printing Projects at Myerson.

Stephanie's earlier career includes positions such as Director of Materials at Origin, Managing Scientist, Senior Scientist, and Scientist at Exponent, and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Stanford University. Stephanie also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington and as an Undergraduate Researcher at Stanford University.

Stephanie Benight's education history begins with their undergraduate degree from Stanford University, where they graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Stephanie then pursued further education at the University of Washington from 2006 to 2011, earning a dual Ph.D. in Chemistry with a specialization in Nanotechnology. In 2013, Stephanie attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for the Ignite Program for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
