Lasse Larsen

Lasse Larsen is an experienced professional specializing in innovation and business development within the fields of renewable energy and digitalization. Currently serving as Manager of Innovation at nlmtd since April 2024, Lasse previously held key roles at Semco Maritime as Head of Product Innovation and Solutions and Head of Business Development, where responsibilities included developing strategic roadmaps and leading product innovation initiatives. At Novo Nordisk, Lasse worked as an Innovation Partner, focusing on digitalization projects and agile transformation. Contributions to social initiatives are evident through Lasse’s leadership role at Aid Ukraine Denmark. Earlier positions included various managerial roles at ISS A/S and support positions at Allianceplus A/S and Rockwool International, where Lasse developed operational improvements and business frameworks.
