Athanasia Matemu

Athanasia Matemu is currently an Associate Professor at NM-AIST, a position Athanasia has held since December 2021. Prior to this, Athanasia served as a Senior Lecturer at the same institution from July 2011 to April 2022. Athanasia holds a PhD in Agricultural Sciences from Shinshu University, which Athanasia obtained from April 2008 to March 2011. Matemu also holds a Master of Science in Agriculture from Shinshu University, achieved from 2006 to 2008, and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Chuo Kikuu Cha Sokoine Cha Kilimo.
