Paul Shilla

Paul Shilla is a highly experienced digital specialist and entrepreneur, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at NMB Bank Plc since July 2018 and co-founding KasiPay Limited in August 2017, aimed at simplifying online payment solutions for small businesses. Previously, Paul held the role of Technical Consultant at ARPA Mobile Limited from December 2016 to June 2018, where contributions included integrating technology into core business operations and improving business intelligence through customer data insights. As the founder of BongoMovies from March 2013 to November 2015, Paul developed the largest movie database website in the country. Paul also co-founded Apprux Technologies Limited, focusing on value-added services for telecom operators. An accomplished innovator, Paul conceptualized the mobile application game PANGA and played a key role in securing a contract with Vodacom Tanzania Limited for a value-added service. Paul earned a degree in Information System and Network Engineering from St. Joseph University in Tanzania between 2009 and 2011.
