Lara Truelove

Lara Truelove is an experienced professional in client research, customer experience, and market insights, currently serving as Head of Client Research & Insights at Standard Chartered. Previously, Lara led the Center for Experience Management at SAP, focusing on developing Experience Management talent. As the founder of Creativer, Lara worked to infuse creative thinking into team cultures for various clients, including Changi Airport Group. In a prior role at Singlife, Lara reimagined customer experience through an integrated listening platform. With extensive experience at Visa, Lara held multiple leadership roles, driving client consulting and establishing market insights teams in Asia Pacific. Earlier in Lara's career, positions at Commonwealth Bank, St.George Bank, and Suncorp Group involved strategic development and product management. Lara holds a Bachelor of Business with Distinction in Marketing from RMIT University.
