Richard Lugoe

Richard Lugoe is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in change management and human resources leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in HR Projects & Change at NMB Bank Plc since August 2015, Richard has developed and implemented strategies that enhance change readiness and mitigate risks. Previously held positions include Manager of HR Support and Manager of HR Administration, where responsibilities included leading HR operations and aligning HR processes with organizational objectives. Richard also has a background in recruitment and performance management from roles at KCB Bank Tanzania and NBC Limited. Richard holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Institute of Finance Management and a B.A. in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam.
