Anne Greveling MV has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Anne began their career as a Buyer at ING Facility Management. Anne then worked as a Consultant at Arrange, providing consulting services to various organizations. Following that, they joined Benefit Inkoopadviesgroep BV as a Consultant Procurement, where they advised organizations on procurement procedures and development. Subsequently, Anne joined WestlandUtrecht Bank as Buyer, focusing on the procurement of core banking IT systems and managing procurement activities during the organization's divestment process.

In 2013, they moved to NN Group, initially working as an International Buyer, responsible for procuring software and related services for the Netherlands and NN Insurance International organization. Anne also contributed to the professionalization of the procurement department. Anne later took on the role of Procurement Lead NN International, where they oversaw the procurement community within NN Group, focusing on development, collaboration, and alignment with senior management. Anne also led complex tenders and negotiations, with a key focus on IT procurement.

In addition to their corporate experience, Anne also established their own company, Winebytes, which provides wine-related services such as tastings, workshops, and courses to make wine more accessible and known to enthusiasts.

Anne's involvement with ICA involved serving as a Member of the Board and Chairman of the Young Professional of the Year Award 2017 Board. ICA organizes events for young employees from various companies, and the Young Professional of the Year award showcases talents and problem-solving skills of event teams.

Anne Greveling MV has a diverse education history. In 1997 to 2002, they attended Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management. In 2004, Anne completed the NEVI 1 certification in Procurement. Anne further pursued their studies at Transfergroep Rotterdam (HES) in 2005-2006, obtaining a Post HBO in Business Administration. Anne then returned to NEVI in 2008-2009, completing the NEVI 2 Tactical certification in Procurement at the tactical level. In 2009 to 2015, they attended NEVI again, this time obtaining the 2 Strategic certification in Procurement. Anne undertook additional studies in the field of wine, attending Wijnacademie from 2012 to 2013 and obtaining the degree of Vinoloog/Wine expert. Anne continued their wine education at Wijnacademie from 2015 to 2017, completing the Advanced Wine Education program and earning the degree of Magister Vini. In 2015, Anne also obtained the Inzicht in Invloed® certification from Springest.
