Viraj Patel, GRP, currently serves as a Total Rewards Partner at NNE since June 2025. Previously, Viraj worked at Novo Nordisk from August 2018 to May 2025, holding roles including Global Employee Shares Manager and Senior Manager - Total Rewards for India, Iran & South East Asia. Key responsibilities included designing and implementing Long Term Incentive Plans, leading Total Rewards programs, and advising on employee-related costs. Prior experience includes a Rewards Consultant role at Mercer, specializing in compensation and benefits for the Hitech industry, and earlier positions at Cerebrus Consultants and Titan Industries Limited. Viraj holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai.
