Francis Purritano

Frank Purritano is an Senior Associate with the NNN Pro Group, the top producing group at Marcus & Millichap. He currently focuses on underwriting real estate fundamentals, conducting property-level due diligence, and coordinating disposition programs for some of the nation’s largest institutional real estate companies, including publicly traded REITs, public and private franchisors, franchisees, developers, amongst other noteworthy real estate investors. Frank prides himself in building a strong rapport with clients and providing them unique and insightful strategies to achieve all their Real Estate initiatives. Frank demonstrates a strong passion for real estate and is committed to adding value to the NNN Pro Group and their clients. Prior to joining the NNN Pro Group, Frank spent time interning for one of New York City’s largest private landlords, GFP Real Estate, as well as one of New Jersey’s most active real estate development firms, the Coremark Group. Frank graduated from Middlebury College, where he was a member of the Varsity Football Team.
