Josh Kanter

Josh is a Managing Director, Investments with the NNN Pro Group, the top producing net lease brokerage group at Marcus & Millichap. Josh focuses on representing built to suit developers, institutional investors, 1031 exchange buyers, franchisees/franchisors, as well as private individuals and families with their real estate investments.

In 2017, Josh was awarded with Marcus & Millichap’s Shooting Star Award and has represented clients on over 40 transactions in each of the past three years. Throughout Josh’s brokerage career, he has sold more than 200 properties for an aggregate value of over $750 million.
