Kyle Karsian

Kyle Karsian is a Senior Associate with the NNN Properties Group, the top producing group at Marcus & Millichap. Kyle focuses on underwriting real estate fundamentals, conducting property-level diligence, and coordinating disposition and acquisitions programs for some of the nation’s largest institutional real estate companies including publicly traded REITs, public and private franchisors, franchisees, developers and other high-net worth and 1031 exchange individuals. During his two years with the NNN Pro Group, Kyle has visited hundreds of properties, assisted in the sale of over 50 net-lease assets, and has closed an aggregate value exceeding $138 million. Kyle became an Associate with the NNN Pro Group in June of 2018, previously contributing as an intern while in college. Prior to working with the NNN Pro Group, Kyle graduated magna cum laude from Stevenson University’s Brown School of Business with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. While at Stevenson, Kyle played four years of lacrosse for the Mustangs earning USILA All-America and USILA Scholar All-America Honors.
