Ryan Duffy

Ryan Duffy is a Senior Vice President, Investments with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Ryan joined the NNN Pro Group in 2014 and currently leads the group's healthcare focus. He specializes in the creation and execution of sale-leaseback programs, asset disposition/acquisition programs, and lease restructures for a wide range of both public and private healthcare REITs, physician groups, and various other healthcare provider companies. Additionally, Ryan represents and advises high-net-worth individuals on their 1031 exchanges and the construction of their real estate portfolios specific to the healthcare sector.

Since joining the NNN Pro Group, Ryan has marketed and sold approximately $1 billion in transaction volume. Ryan’s unique and exclusive focus in the healthcare space has made him a leader nationwide in the product type which continues to see increased demand nationwide year over year.
