Gina Beim Pe, M Asce

Gina Beim, PE, M ASCE has a diverse work experience in the field of civil engineering. Gina is currently the Deputy Director of Integrated Project, Program and Plan Advancement for Environmental Planning at Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) since October 2022. Prior to this, they founded and served as the President of MCDA Consulting LLC since January 2007. Their consultancy firm specializes in helping organizations make decisions considering multiple criteria and allocating resources effectively. In addition, Gina has served as a faculty instructor at Case Western Reserve University since January 2020.

Gina also has experience working as a Senior Consulting Engineer at GRL Engineers, Inc. from 2001 to May 2016, and at Pile Dynamics, Inc. from November 1998 to May 2016. Gina held the position of Planning Engineer II at Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District from January 1996 to November 1998. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Engineer at KS Associates from 1992 to 1995.

Gina Beim, PE, M ASCE completed their education in a chronological manner. Gina first earned their Engineer's Degree in Water Resources Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 1978 to 1982. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Engineering with a specialization in water resources systems at Case Western Reserve University, where they studied from 1984 to 1987. Finally, Gina received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, specializing in International Business and Operations Research, which they completed from 2001 to 2004.
