Barbara Bell

Barbara leads NOAH’s training and employment division. She has 12 years of experience working in commercial training at the University of the Arts, London, as well as many years of retail experience. Barbara and her team develop training and employment programs to engage clients wherever they are on their journey towards sustainable living.
