Jim Hicks

Jim Hicks is an experienced executive in technology and product management with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Manufacturing Planning and Operations at Noah Medical since January 2024, Jim previously held key positions including First Vice President of Product Management at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, and Global Technology Director of Enterprise Systems at SAGE Publishing. At 1105 Media, Jim directed product development initiatives, leading a team that launched new online products, while at Pearson, Jim contributed significantly to educational technology by managing teams that supported substantial revenue-generating products for K-12 education. Jim's career began at Digital Lava, a multimedia technology startup, where leadership in software development played a pivotal role in the company's successful IPO. Jim holds an MBA from the Drucker School of Management and a BA from San Francisco State University.
