Balaji earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Siddaganaga Polytechnic, India and is one of Nobel Systems earliest employees. Balaji has been integral to the success of the company since 1996. With his over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, project management, data conversion, data management, Balaji has always been very critical to the long term success and management of Nobel Systems multi-million-dollar contracts and customers.

His responsibilities include leading overall operations management, program implementation, project management, and customer oversight. His years of experience and technical background allow him to effectively make sound decisions and provide strong guidance to the future of the company.
