Justin Ferber

Justin Ferber serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Inscripta, Inc., leading legal, compliance, and regulatory functions for a pioneering genome engineering and synthetic biology company since November 2021. Prior to this role, Justin held several significant positions including General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at Omada Health, overseeing legal and regulatory functions in the digital health sector from July 2014 to November 2021. Additional roles include General Counsel and VP of Operations at Momentum Design Lab, Senior Corporate Counsel at Flex, Vice President of Legal Affairs at MediciNova, Inc., and Commercial Counsel at Sempra Energy. Justin began a legal career as a Corporate Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Academic qualifications include a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a BA in Political Science and Economics from UC San Diego.
