Minh Nguyen

Minh Nguyen has been working at Alpine Roads since 2019 as a Researcher. Prior to that, Minh was employed at DuPont Pioneer from 2009 to 2019 in three different roles. As a Research Associate II, Minh utilized high throughput (HTP) bioassay automation processes to screen for improved insecticidal proteins, optimized automation processes to increase bioassay productivity, and worked to prevent automation instrumentation malfunction. As a second Research Associate II, Minh actively screened leads via a manual HTP bioassay screen for new insecticidal actives, developed methods for detection and identification of new insecticidal proteins, and delivered bioassay results on time. Finally, as a Research Associate I, Minh maintained supply of clean glassware and media for researchers and maintained sf9 cell line for development of toxicity assay.

Minh Nguyen attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology.
