Tricia Benjamin

Tricia Benjamin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tricia started their career in 1999 as a Fraud User Support Analyst at JPMorgan Chase, where they served as a liaison between the business unit and ITM, supporting over 200 users. Tricia was responsible for handling calls from the operations floor, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and managing implementations for Fraud applications.
