Lucy Chung

Lucy Blair Chung is an executive advisor and fractional COO, currently an independent consultant since 2015, working with leadership teams to drive human-centric growth. Notable projects include implementing ERP solutions for major companies and providing leadership development during acquisitions. As a co-founder and CEO of NOBL Collective until December 2023, Lucy oversaw significant cultural transformation projects for top firms including Starbucks and Google. Additional roles include Vice President at rag & bone, Partner at Undercurrent, and membership committee member at Soho House & Co. Currently, Lucy is a member of Chief and an investor in Solv, which focuses on simplifying healthcare access. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wellesley College and has taken courses at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
