Steve Corcoran

Steve Corcoran has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Steve started their career as a professional rugby union player for the Bristol Bears, earning representative honors for Dorset & Wiltshire and the Ireland U/21 National Squad. Steve played a vital role in the Bears' success, winning three U/21 National Championships before an injury ended their playing career.

After retiring from rugby, Steve worked as a Senior Asset Manager at Knight Frank Brisbane, where they managed a property portfolio valued at over $350 million. Steve focused on optimizing performance and value appreciation in the Brisbane market.

Steve then joined Austin Rugby Club as a defensive rugby coach, leading the team to two Texas State Championship Titles. Steve was responsible for developing and implementing defensive structures and tactics.

Next, they served as the Director of Sales at FringeSport, leading the sales team and driving revenue growth for the company's CrossFit and gym equipment. Steve successfully negotiated partnerships with high-profile CrossFit gyms, resulting in a significant increase in sales.

Steve also worked as the Head Rugby Coach for St. Edward's University, leading the team to three consecutive Texas State Championship Titles and winning the Texas Cup twice. Steve created a winning culture by focusing on core principles and beliefs.

At Noble Capital Group, Steve held two roles. As the Senior Asset Manager, they established and led the Asset Management Division, transforming the company's asset management practices and driving growth. As the CEO and Founder of Emerge Investment Group, they built a company specializing in real estate equity investments, providing financing solutions and asset management services to developers and operators.

Steve Corcoran completed a Master Personal Trainer program at the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2009. From 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Diploma of Commercial Property Asset Management at the Property Council of Australia. In 2006, Steve also obtained a Diploma of Commercial Property Finance & Accounting from the same institution. In 1996 and 1997, they attended Erindale College, ACT, but did not specify a degree or field of study.
