David Chen

David Chen, CPA has extensive work experience in tax management and accounting. David began their career at Grand Rig International Limited as an Accounting/Tax Supervisor from June 2002 to October 2005. David then joined Deloitte as a Tax Senior from October 2005 to September 2009. Following that, they worked at Atwood Oceanics as an International Tax Supervisor from October 2009 to December 2012. David then served as a Tax Manager at PanAtlantic Exploration Company from January 2013 to June 2014. Currently, David holds the position of Director of Tax at Noble Drilling since July 2021. Prior to this, they held the roles of Senior Tax Manager from January 2018 to July 2021 and Tax Manager from June 2014 to January 2018 at Noble Drilling.

David Chen, CPA holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, with a focus on Accounting and Tax. David also obtained an MBA from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, with a specialization in Finance and Accounting. In addition to their education, David Chen holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
