Kjersti Rugland

Kjersti Rugland has a diverse work experience in human resources and consulting. Kjersti is currently working as the Head of HR North Sea & Australia at Noble Corporation since April 2023. Previously, they worked as the Daglig leder at Krug Consulting as since September 2017. Kjersti also served as a Senior HR advisor (Contractor) at Cognizant from April 2022 to April 2023. Before that, they worked as a Senior Advisor (Contractor) at LSA from October 2020 to January 2022. Kjersti also held the role of Interim HR manager at TekniskBureau AS from May 2019 to December 2020 where they contributed to restructuring and change management. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant (Contractor) at Quest Executive Search AS from November 2017 to June 2019. Moreover, they have experience in various HR roles at Maersk Oil, Statoil ASA, Roxar ASA, and Nutreco Aquaculture Research Centre AS.

Kjersti Rugland completed their BSc in Management Science at The University of Manchester from 1987 to 1990. Kjersti then pursued an MSc in Organisational Psychology at the same university from 1990 to 1992.
