Bill Stauduhar

Bill Stauduhar has over 30 years of experience in the lodging and hospitality real estate sector. Bill most recently worked as a Project Director at Noble Investment Group, where they specialized in hotel development, renovation, asset management, and acquisitions. Prior to that, they served as a Development Manager at Omni Hotels & Resorts and held the role of Director of Project Management at CBRE and Transwestern. Bill also has a strong background in development and project management, with experience at Marriott, Euro American Advisors, BECK, and Opus South. Bill has managed the development of various real estate projects, including resorts, condominiums, industrial parks, and retail power centers.

Bill Stauduhar attended Iowa State University from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering.
