Chinnel Williams serves as the Dean of Instruction at Noble Schools, where responsibilities include leading instructional coaching and professional development for Humanities teachers while focusing on data-driven instruction and student outcomes. With a diverse professional background, Chinnel has held roles such as Regional Science Lead and Director of STEM at KIPP Chicago, where leadership in professional development and curriculum implementation significantly improved student performance. Additionally, Chinnel is actively engaged in the real estate sector as a Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX 10 and as an Independent Travel Agent with Gwaan Good Travel. With extensive experience in education and a dual Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Pan-African Studies from the University of Louisville, Chinnel has a proven track record of enhancing student engagement and achievement through innovative teaching strategies and data analysis.
