Hailey Ott

Hailey Ott is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Development at the Noble Network of Charter Schools since March 2015, where responsibilities include recruiting special education teachers and managing the Teacher Residency Program in partnership with Relay Graduate School of Education. Previously held positions include Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist, as well as founding teacher at STEM Preparatory Academy. Earlier experience includes roles in residence life at Georgetown University and an internship with Senator Mark Kirk. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Spanish from Georgetown University and has also studied at the University of Buenos Aires.
