Shavon Caldwell

Shavon Caldwell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, real estate development, and leadership within community sports organizations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Noblestone Capital since August 2021, Shavon is responsible for preparing estimates and establishing baseline budgets and schedules for projects. As the Managing Partner and President of Caldwell & Company, Shavon contributes to the success of a minority-owned business focused on real estate services in Detroit. Additionally, Shavon founded the Detroit Elite AAU Program, guiding young adults through basketball to foster personal success. With a strong background in athletics, Shavon has held head coaching positions at Harrison High School and Cornerstone High School, emphasizing academic and athletic development. Prior roles include property management and recruitment specialist positions, showcasing a diverse skill set in operational management and community engagement. Shavon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University.
