Erik Schwartz

Erik Schwartz has extensive experience in proposal management and operations. Erik currently works at Noblis as the Proposal Production Operations Lead, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Proposal Manager at Noblis starting in June 2021. Before joining Noblis, Erik worked at RELI Group, Inc. where they served as a Proposal Manager II from March 2021 to June 2021, Proposal Manager from December 2019 to March 2021, Proposal Coordinator from September 2019 to December 2019, and Proposal Writer from September 2017 to September 2019. Erik began their career at Apple as a Part Time Specialist in September 2008, where they worked until September 2017.

Erik Schwartz holds a Master of Arts (MA) in English Language and Literature, obtained from American University for the period of 2014-2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2009-2013. Additionally, Erik has obtained certification in APMP® Bid and Proposal Management Foundation from APMG International in 2020, and is a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. since June 2022.
