Jovana Josivljevic

Global Corporate Director, Guest Experience at Nobu Hospitality LLC

Jovana Josivljevic started their work experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager at The St. Regis Bangkok in February 2013. Jovana then moved on to various roles within the hotel, including Guest Experience Manager and Manager of Butler Services. In 2016, they joined Loews Hotels as a Rooms Division Manager and worked there until February 2018. From January 2018 to January 2022, they served as the Director of Rooms | Pre-Opening at EDITION, with a brief period as a Task Force Leader. In October 2019, they joined THE LUXURY COLLECTION as a Task Force Leader and worked until February 2020. Most recently, they have been working at Nobu Hospitality, where they held the position of General Manager from February 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they serve as the Global Corporate Director of Guest Experience at Nobu Hospitality starting from March 2023.

Jovana Josivljevic has a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours in Hospitality Management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education. Prior to their college education, they attended the International School of Belgrade and obtained an International Baccalaureate (IB) degree. Additionally, Jovana has several certifications, including Basic Life Support (CPR), Farewell Module Trainer, Recruitment Training, Welcome Module Trainer, and Butler Service 1-6 Tiers Trainer. The institutions from where they obtained these certifications include Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.
