Andrew Norlin

Andrew Norlin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andrew is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at NOCA Boozy Beverages since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Pabst Brewing Company for several years, holding various senior leadership positions. As the Senior Vice President, National Accounts, they led a business unit with $200MM in sales and achieved over 7.5% growth since 2019. Andrew also served as the Vice President National Accounts, Off Premise, where they coached and inspired a team of 30 sales and marketing professionals, resulting in positive double-digit trend changes. Additionally, at Pabst, Andrew held roles such as Director National Accounts, West, and National Account Manager, where they consistently outperformed sales targets and demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities. Before joining Pabst, Andrew worked at Craft Brew Alliance, where they gained experience in various roles including Key Account Manager, Northwest, and Division Sales Manager, WA & AK. Andrew also worked in other positions at Pacific Maritime Association, DaVita, and the City of Tacoma.

Andrew Norlin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of Portland between 2005 and 2009. Andrew'sarea of focus was Finance with an emphasis in Accounting and Operations Management. Andrew also holds a certification as a Cicerone Level I - Certified Beer Server from the Cicerone Certification Program.
