Nainesh Desale

Nainesh Desale has a diverse work experience in the field of hardware design engineering. Nainesh is currently working at Noccarc as a Hardware Design Engineer since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Pravaig Dynamics from October 2020 until January 2022, where they held the position of Electronics Hardware Design Engineer.

Before joining Pravaig Dynamics, Nainesh worked at Team Kratos Racing Electric from August 2017 to October 2020. During their time there, they held multiple roles including Data Acquisition Lead, Electronic Engineer, and Printed Circuit Board Design Engineer.

As Data Acquisition Lead, Nainesh was responsible for selecting sensors for different mechanical systems, calibrating sensors, and handling other related tasks. In their role as an Electronic Engineer, they focused on understanding competition rules and developing a thorough understanding of the rulebook provided by the organizers. Additionally, as a Printed Circuit Board Design Engineer, Nainesh collaborated with their colleague on various designs, such as the Gear Position Indicator.

Nainesh Desale earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust'S. Pimpri Chinchwad College Of Engineering, which they attended from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Kalsubai Trek - Highest Peak of Maharashtra from Treks and Trails India in April 2023.
