Erin Sullivan

Erin Sullivan is an accomplished professional in higher education, currently serving as the Assistant Director of New Student Programs & Campus Visits at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis since January 2017. Sullivan manages extensive programming efforts for New Student Orientation and Transfer Student Orientation, coordinating logistics for over 1,600 incoming students and overseeing a budget of $28,000. With a strong emphasis on student leadership, Sullivan has supervised and trained numerous student leaders and facilitated professional development opportunities. Involvement with NODA, the Association for Orientation, Transition, and Retention in Higher Education, showcases Sullivan's dedication to the field, having held multiple leadership roles and received recognition as an Outstanding Orientation, Transition, and Retention Professional. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Missouri State University.
