Jason Mastrogiovanni, Ph.D., serves as the Director of Academic and Student Success at Hamilton Center for Classical and Civic Education and as Associate Faculty at the University of Florida College of Education, contributing expertise in Human Development and Organizational Studies. With extensive experience in higher education administration, Jason has held key positions such as Assistant Provost for Student Success at the University of Florida and Executive Director of the Office for Student Success at Texas A&M University. Jason is also an active member of the editorial board for the Journal for Postsecondary Student Success and serves as Editor for the Journal of College Orientation, Transition, and Retention at NODA. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Learning, Design, and Technology from the University of Tennessee, accompanied by degrees in Music Education from Central Connecticut State University and the University of Florida.
