Jefferson Rios Caro

Jefferson Rios Caro has a strong background in technology and infrastructure. Jefferson started their career in 2014 at BTG Pactual, where they worked as an Infrastructure Analyst. In this role, they focused on managing and developing new solutions on AWS, defining architecture and governance for adopting new technologies on the cloud, and providing support for IT teams in defining architecture patterns for new solutions.

After six years at BTG Pactual, Caro moved on to work at Globant in 2020 as a Senior Systems Engineer. Jefferson held this position for almost a year, during which they continued to apply their expertise in infrastructure management and new technology adoption.

In 2021, Caro joined EPAM Systems as a Senior System Engineer, where they further advanced their skills and experience in system engineering.

Most recently, Caro joined NodeSource in 2022 as a Site Reliability Engineer. This role allows him to utilize their previous experience and knowledge in managing and maintaining the reliability of systems and infrastructure.

Jefferson Rios Caro attended Católica del Norte Fundación Universitaria from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued an Engineer's degree in Systems Engineering.
