Michael Roland

Michael Roland has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering field. Michael began their career in 2000 as a Manufacturing & R&D Engineer at Hamilton Company. In 2005, they moved to The Tech Group as a Program Manager. In 2008, they returned to Hamilton Company as a Molding Technology Manager. In 2013, they joined Mettler-Toledo Rainin, LLC as Head Of Production and Production Manufacturing Manager, where they managed and directed 24/7 manufacturing operations of the consumable pipette tip packaging production. In 2022, they became Director of Manufacturing & Manufacturing Engineering at Nodexus Inc.

Michael Roland attended the University of Nevada, Reno from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Michael then attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.).
